to borrow from the words of john lennon. you may see they are dreamers but they are not the only one. a thousand people plan to take part in a march today in the name of justice, dignity, and access to higher education. the maryland dream act provides in state tuition rates to maryland's immigrant children regardless of their immigration status provided they've been living in maryland for three years, attending high school in the state, paying taxes, and applying to a college registered for selective service, and also are planning to seek full citizenship. marches like this have been going on all over for the past several months but they feel it is important now to get the word out. there are 14 questions on the ballot here in prince george's county alone so a lot of people are vying for attention for the cause. they think this will definitely help. with me now is gustavo andretti the organizing director. tell me more about what this dream act means to folks here in maryland. >> it means everything. it means the opportunity to fulfill our dreams, fulfill higher education, be who we w
